Cancellation policy

The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions and costs:

• up to 60 days prior to arrival: € 50,00 processing fee
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
• 29-0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
